The Complete Document(s)
Bring the entire document. Please fill out all information but do NOT sign it beforehand.

Travel Fee
$0.78 / per mile
Our mobile service is available throughout El Paso County in Colorado Springs The travel fee covers round-trip travel to your location and is in addition to the standard notarization fee.
Additional Costs: Please be advised that any road tolls, parking charges, or facility access fees required to complete the appointment will be included on the final invoice.
